This piece is about two and a half months of prayer for my own personal church I attend in Findlay, Ohio. The first vision I saw was at the end of September 2007. I really didn’t know if I wanted to paint what I saw and begged the Lord to show me something else to paint. What I saw was a huge tornado and my church was caught up in it swirling around. I wasn’t sure what it exactly meant but several thoughts entered my mind. Two weeks later, the Lord showed me the same thing except this time it was three tornadoes with the church in the same position I had seen it earlier. So I began to ask the Lord for revelation of this image He was sharing with me. Several weeks later, I began to do a more detailed sketch of layers of this same image. I asked several people to pray for me as I had waited two years to be asked to use this gift of worship in my own church. I can relate to Joseph in Genesis.

I also began reading Chuck Pierce’s book, God’s Unfolding Battle Plan. In there it states the eight battles we face as individuals as well as in our world. Then I wondered how I only saw three tornadoes instead of all eight? However as you may see the tornadoes whirl inside the earth and even somewhat around it. The point is: The Father’s Heart is breaking with fire and creating passion through His Son, Jesus Christ’s heart. As His Hands extend out from the world giving His Life, His Blood and His Love, the world rests upon the wings and shoulders of Holy Spirit. There is a city beneath layers through His wings, which denote His establishment of the new foundation of Love and Truth. As I painted Light toward the tail, a new heart, a new church and a new world Kingdom is being formed. I am not sure what this all looks like as Jesus’s Spirit only did what He saw His Father do. The new church world wide through the Spirit of Truth in worship, has Cross and Jewish Star on top. It is turned upside down as the Lord begins with His own people in creating a clean heart and renewing a right Spirit corporately. As I prayed the Our Father, I realized the title of what He wanted to name it… Thy Kingdom Come.
