I was in Atlanta, Georgia attending a Friday evening service at Life Center. Leslie Marks had hosted a week workshop in her gallery which I participated in with seven other artists. We were to celebrate by bringing our easel with a blank canvas. I kept seeing washes of a blank canvas, with a beautiful green color which denotes healing and new life. Then I witnessed a beautiful Dove on Fire soaring down upon a city so golden and bright. I wasn’t sure how to paint it all. The blood from His Wing brought thoughts of Jesus with nails in His Hands. As blood dripped into the water, a cross formed signifying His Life was completely given for this city. Several days later when I returned back to Findlay, we had a Flood.
