About:

I was invited to a Columbus Conference from October 29-31, 2007, hosted by Eagles International Training Institute with Dr. Pamela Hardy and Set Free ministries with Bishop Chris Hardy from Plano, Texas. As I remember painting this piece, it was explained the first sound blown from the shofar, represented the complacency of the Bride as she lay in her comfort zone at the bottom. She is heavily clothed in dark brown colors and doesn’t want to move. The second sound meant a beginning to awaken because she feels the Lord’s tears falling as she kneels and hears His Voice yearning for her to come. Abundant tears wash over and make her blue garment clean as does the Word spoken. The third sound represents her being protected and covered by the Blood. She is finally getting the strength she needs to begin to stand. The fourth sound is when she turns, looses the “old garment” and goes up the stairs to reach, to touch His hand and to join with Him at a higher level. She receives a new garment as the old is shed away!
